No item will be processed or posted before payment is received and cleared - SO DONT ASK

PURCHASES

Once your payment has cleared your order will be processed and your items will be selected and possibly built to meet your needs.  There are different dispatch times for different items (see below).  Then if you selected Postage your order will be booked for dispatch and you will recieve a dispatch email from this website.  If you selected Collection you will be contact by me to arrange a collection time (see below for times allowed to collect)

REPAIRS & MODS & RETURNS

Please note that units sent to me for repair or mods are sent at the owners risk and i cant and will not be held reponsible for any loss or damage - this includes during the repair process as it is risky and can cause further or different faults to appear - this is mainly why i offer a no fix no fee service on repairs / and modding can have its risks that are out of my control.

GENERAL

Please do not order if you dont want to pay as this is a legal sales contract and further action maybe taken, please note that all warranty claims are subject to the WARRANTY TERMS (please read these) and if you purchase you also agree to these).  If you cancel your order a minimum of 10% restocking fee will be made. Please note orders for some special items cant be cancelled.  Please note that jtags and reset glitch consoles are basically the same and either option maybe sent as your order depending on stock and to speed up your dispatch times.  If you want to choice which one you get please let me know in the customer comments section when you order.

This is the current dispatch times and is based on demand and avaliabilty and is the maximum times for these orders if you plce a multi order the time will be the highest of all items ordered to check these times you can email me before you place your order. (THEY MAY VARY WITHOUT NOTICE)

SLIMS (ANY MODELS) = 5 working days

IXTREME or UNMODDED CONSOLES = 5 working days 

X360 DOCK SUPPLY ONLY = 2 working days (some next day)

GAMES = 3 working days (some next day)

HARD DRIVES = 5 Working days (some next day)

JTAGGED CONSOLES = 3 working days  (xenons are 10 working days)

RESET GLITCH MODELS = 3 working days

DUAL NAND UNITS = 5 WORKING DAYS
