WARRANTY TERMS (UPDATED 26/04/12)

note - if making a warranty claim or returning an item for the free updates please follow the "RETURNING AND ITEM" guide.

CONSOLE SALES - 12 MONTHS

If your console is damaged in transit or if it gets a fault within the first 5 days i will have the item collected from you and returned to me where it will then be either repaired, replaced or fully refunded.

If you get any red light faults (including the RROD) then I will replace, repair or refund the console once it has been returned in the condition it was sold.

Reconditioned dvd drives are covered for 30 days only brand new dvd drives are covered for the full 12 months.

CONSOLE REPAIRS - 12 MONTHS

If you get the same fault again i will re-repair your console or offer the same value of your repair off the cost of a reconditioned console and try and give you a good trade in for your faulty unit for spares.

ACCESSORIES - 12 MONTHS

Any faults with hard drives or accessories then please return the item for a full refund, repair or replacement

FREE SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR LIFE (ALL ITEMS)

This offer is for any repair, sale or modification from me and means that if they update xbreboot, freeboot, ixtreme, xexmenu or any other software i have supplied just send the unit back or drop it in and i will update or you pay is the return shipping fee and you won’t lose your warranty from me. Also if i need to open your console to do it then i will clean the inside of all dust and ensure your RROD PREVENTION SYSTEM is operating correctly.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND TERMS

The end user of the Xbox 360 needs to make sure that the Xbox supplied or repaired by us is in a well-ventilated compartment or preferably on the top in the open air and best in the flat position not upright. The rear and side vents need to be uncovered at all times and it is highly advised that the user Hoovers the grills about once a month (or more) to remove any build up of dirt and dust.

Serial numbers and seller details are kept on record to ensure claims are honest. 

The buyer is always responsible for the postage costs to and from our repair center - currently return postage to buyer is £14. collection from you to our repair centre is also possible see items for sale / upgrades / collections.

Reason for warranty exclusions and further repair charges :-

1) software or failed updates - causing errors to console see "ERROR CODE DETAILS".

2) repeated use of a faulty unit, or continued use of any item with errors (these are logged on the xbox)

3) tampering of any warranty seals or labels 

4) errors caused by third part accessories and or faulty equipment / dvd read errors

Other general terms :- 

most units are not refundable and will be either repaired or replaced. Jtag and reset glitch models are not refundable due to the work involved and the type of hacks installed.
