RETURNING A UNIT

IF YOU FIND YOU HAVE TO RETURN A UNIT EITHER DUE TO A FAULT OR FOR SOFTWARE UPDATES PLEASE READ THIS PAGE CAREFULLY.

UPDATE RETURNS:-

if returning a unit to me for an update to any of the software please place your order in the shop HERE and select your payment option for the return postage fee - best way is to select cash or cheque and put your payment in the box, please put your serial number and your update needed in the customer comments box and print off your order form and enclose in in with your unit.

FAULT RETURNS:-

Sorry you have received a fault with your reconditioned or new unit this is rare and I will do my best to sort these issues, however anyone being rude, swearing or sending aggressive emails will be ignored and removed from the warranty cover and any further support.  I WILL TREAT PEOPLE HOW I AM TREATED !

if your returning a unit that is faulty please bear in mind that it may not be covered under the warranty (see warranty terms) if your not sure then please see the error codes explained section and then send me an email HERE with your serial number and your SECONDARY ERROR CODE. Once you have had a reply you can proceed to book your warrantry repair there are 2 sections for this given below:-

1) within 5 days of recieving your parcel - please order HERE and enter your serial number, your fault code and a susitable collecton day (at least 2 days past the order date) in the customer comments section when you order, i will then book a collection and email you with the label for your parcel - please make sure it is packaged well as any damage will be your responsabliity

2) after 5 days of recieving your parcel - please order HERE enter your serial number and fault code in the customer comments section when you order, select your payment option for the return postage and i will either send you an invoice to pay or if you selected cash,cheque you can put the money inside the box.

if your dropping into me then please note this is buy appointment only and is on THURSDAYS after 1930 only - please contact me HERE before booking anything

if not covered buy warranty or your warranty has expired as long as the warranty seals are intact the same process applies but you need to order HERE as the repair will be chargeable.

note - any console turning up without being booked in will be refused and sent back to the sender, Please make sure the unit is returned with any accessories sold with it at the point of sale
